Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain in my ear from past 3-4 days. I am using ceflox ear drop but situations is still same.Water discharge started yesterday. Picture is attached plz suggest.

Since yesterday evening my wife suddenly feel pain in neck and throat, light pain,after some time neck pain was gone, bt still now pain in throat.. Please let me know the reason and treatment..

Having tinnitus problem in ears, had it before also once. This time it's since almost a month.. But now the ringing has reduced instead, pain behind ears, at times inside ears and throat is happening... Since few hours im feeling a little tightness in the jaw also... Due to lockdown im not able to visit a doctor to explain the whole thing and get it checked properly, what should I do? Is there any mild antibiotic I should take, supposing that it could be an ear infection? What shall I do please guide... 🙏 It's bothering me

Hi doc! Attached tympanogram result and doctor's prescription . Please let me know if there is fluid in ear based on this. Blocked feeling in left ear and lightheadedness/dizziness since last 2 months. All tests done, audiogram, tympanometry, brain CECT scan, vit b12, vit d all normal. Consulted multiple ENTs, Neurologist all saying normal ears. Whereas I can feel blocked ear and constant lightheadedness. Only suggested steam which I'm taking regularly since last 2 months, still no relief. Please suggest some remedy/antibiotic for it.

Which antacid is good to take with azithromycin? I had cough after which I was prescribed azithromycin 500 mg on day 1 followed by 250 mg till day 5. On day one I developed stomach upset after taking 500 mg dose. So to treat it can I take any antacid? Like pentoprazole

I had cough which is gone however I had use otrivin and inhaler to get relief of blockage during cough. From one day I feel little pain when insert finger on right nostril and press the bone. I cannot spot anything. No clinics open near by, is there home remedy I can try?
