Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since 3 to 4 days have severe throat and stomach pain . Consulted doctor they suggested it's due to body heat gave medicine but not at all recovering kindly suggest how to get rid of these.. pain is severe can't resist

I have a bit pain while swallowing and yesterday I had pain in stomach and wet cough that often comes in my mouth till today . Today I also have throat pain.

I have been taking Montek-Lc, claribid, hetrazan, sinarest  since 60-70 days. And 3 days ago I stopped my medicine according to my dosage. The next day I had paneer and milk. Now i am again having the same symptoms i had 3 months earlier. Feeking of choking in my throat while sleeping. How should I treat this problem. I wasn't having symptoms while I was taking the medicines.

Dry cough for three days. Voice hoarse. No fever. No body pain. No runny nose or headache. Gargling twice a day. Taking 500 mg paracetemol once a day.

Feeling pain in throat. Feel like something stuck on throat. Little chest pain also, feeling this pain from few days

Was suffering from tonsils and I have a little shortness of breath at night and chest burning I have taken medicine of tonsils after taking medicine my tonsils are in better condition but at night after taking medicine I feel heart burning and shortness of breath

This is happening with last two month. I conslt with Dr in AIIMS. He gives me medicines which is manton above. But the problem is still same .

Since last 3 days i have had right side of my right eye red for some reason and i have no idea why it is this way. It does'nt even hurt. Though i can feel it when i move my eye.

From 3 days I was having pain in my throat,on regular basis I started doing gargle with Luke warm water and so I got comfortable but yesterday I found stones coming out from the tonsil, pressing with my finger they were coming more and still there are present more and giving irritation in my throat what should I do?
