Swelling since last 2 months
Sir my mother aged 54 yrs has got a face swelling in right chin since last 2 months. Doctor had previously prescribed 1. Chymoral Forte 2.Zydocef CV for 5days. She got normal BP, GLUCOSE SUGAR LEVEL, TSH, CBC . There is no pain or further increase in swelling since 2 months. (Picture attached) What is it?n Is anything serious??

Looks like parotitis. Avoid spicy oily foods. Gentle massage. Plenty of fluids. If pain, patient can take anti-inflammatory. Continue with medication
