Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last month she got severe ear pain with flow of water like sound in left ear with cold suffered for 15 days ,used antibiotics for 15days on advice of dr.kalikiri ashokreddy sir,after that she is fine but today she is again saying that having Floyd sound in left ear but no ear pain always she feel something in her left ear.pls give an advice

Acute upper respiratory infection can stay for months. Is it true? I don't see any improvement despite consulting doctor thrice - including one specialist at practo. Can it be bacterial infection? Will it ever resolve by itself?

I am facing phelgm problem since last 5 days. It all started with cold. This phelgm is left. No cough, it comes only to spit out phelgm. Please help.

I got mumps infection (galsua). I got fever and body pain for three days, then the body pain relieved and the tooth ache, throat ache and ear pain started on the fourth day. Fifth day tooth and gum swealing  and very high pain on gum started. On the sixth,i.e. today, the swealing and pain around gum is there. I am not able to sleep due to this gum pain. The left ear of mine is blocked from last few days. There is no pain and cant visit any doctor due to lockdown.

Symptoms 1. I feel like there is a lump at the back of my throat. 2. I feel like there is mucus and I need to swallow but there is none. 3. Same feeling in my nose too. Is this post nasal drip? 4. I have no difficulty swallowing, no runny nose or fever. 5. There is no pain while eating or drinking. Just this weird feeling. Please suggest what's wrong?

I was having an dry throat , I had drink plenty of warm water My throat has been relieved now there's less dryness But from yesterday morning my one side of nose is blocked because of that I am breathing heavily and feeling a bit fatigue Or probably I am stressed out

Suffering from sore throat from almost 4 weeks... Symptoms are feeling like need to constantly clear my throat or swallow, sore, scratchy throat. Feels like mucus is stuck in back of throat. No other symptoms like cold or fever or cough nothing. Drinking warm water relaxes this for a while. Can you please help?
