Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There's a small lump on my mother's neck...not painful while swallowing...hurts a little when touched. It's since 2 months. Mother's creatinine level is 1.5 A local doctor had given the attached prescription. And a practo general doctor had given the other prescription

I am suffering from throat infection from past 10 day and getting problem to inhale anything. I went to doctor and he advise below medicine Rabiprime dsr ,montair fx,dalacin -c 300mg for 5 days but not getting so much relief.even agai getting the same problem. Could you please suggest if any medicine which help me . Thanks Rajesh

I have itching in my left ear which causes some dirt and blood to come whenever I use a cotton bud. It has been there for more than 4-5 year. I had taken the treatment for a month from KEM Hospital ENT Department long back when it started but didn't recover fully. I need help with this infection.

I am currently under treatment where I cannot visit my doctor in person due to Corona induced lockdown in my city. I had an incision and drainage in 2017 but my PAS again got infected in 2018 which healed with medicines and now again in March 2020.My abcess started to release pus in the 3rd week of treatment.I have been warned about complete excision too.Till then I had been prescribed Dalacin,medodol,Rubrosin D etc. with Fucidin and Betadine ointment with an assurance that the infection should recover by itself. But it is swollen and slightly leaking till now.Currently I am taking Zocef 500mg since last 5 days.Also, I am facing mild pain in my inner ear, eyes,side head apart from the swollen infected area.Now the dr. has told me on chat ,it needs drainage. I am unable to contact him now. I just need help till lockdown opens. Please help me in not getting my inner ear and brain infected due to this.What should I do now? Thanks in advance.

Hai doctor.... My age is 20,Is is safe to take daily one tablet i,e combination of montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine tablet at bed time for allergic rhinitis (since childhood)

Open po ba kayo today? Gusto ko lg po ipacheck yung throat ko.. No fever, no cough, no runny nose.. But throat swollen.I got bactidol for gargle for 2days already.. Some how nawawala pero after sometime bumabalik po ulit.

I have been facing problem with my Throat very frequently. I throat Infection is very common. I strictly avoid cold drinks and any juices and all. Can u please suggest something which may help me

I have been having this wound in my nostril since 1month and I have no idea how I got it. 2 weeks before the nostril was swollen and it was hurting. The swelling was reduced within 2 days. Now I can see the skin is peeled off and its having a red patches. There is always this pricky and itchy feeling. Is there any way to heal the wound?

I had fever one week ago and post my fever , I started having sore throat , I can feel the prickling sensation while swallowing saliva, yawning or drinking  anything else .and I feel neck is pressed somehow now I don't have fever but I have body weakness and fatigue .I m also a patient of ulcerative colitis so I have cramps in stomach . For sore throat , I have been taking antibiotics but it's not healed yet,pls reply asap

If I have a pain in my throat only from some days.  But No cough n no cold. Is it OK? Bcoz from last two days my family has also started complaining that they also have now pain in their throat
