Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i have a throat pain from 09 march 2020. I had visited general physician, I am attaching the prescription given by Dr. After taking the medicine pain was reduced, but again from last two days the pain has increased. Dr told that it's infection. I am doing gargle two times with salt water. Please tell me, what needs to be done.

There is pain in outer part of the ear of my father, age 55 years. The inner part of the ear has no pain. Request to let us know the cause and the solution.

Iam having dry throat since last 5 days...it's itchy and dry...iam having cold which doesn't come out and itchy dry throat...I have no travel history...what could be the reason?...iam scared...

Throat ache from past 10 days no cold no fever no history of foreign trip what could no cafa is wheile gargling

I had a history of tinnitus since past 3-4 months, recently i was on a course on zyrtec and Absolut 3g which improved my tinnitus by 70%. But after leaving the course i feel it is cominbt back slowly, i suspect there's a ruptured eardrum, since when I blow my nose, 50% of the time, Air goes out of the ear whereas in my right ear nothing happens. Also when i press near my cheekbone a squeaking sound comes up.. is air coming out of ear this many times indicate a rupture? Morning time when I put finger in ear little bit water type thing is present.

Pls suggest any medicine for throat pain... ?? I am doing gargle regularly and taking Mox 500 in antibiotic,if any other medicine to be taken kindly suggest?
