Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have nasal congestion from past one month I am taking otrivin for this during night..please suggest why it is not going away and is otrivin safe

I did get continuous itching, so kept cotton ball in my ear before sleep and morning when i remove the cotton balla, noticing brownish discharge with blood stain in it. PFA. I shall wait sometime to get it addressed or immediate attention needed ?

My kid age is 4.7Years.Local Doctors said he affected by Tonsils. From the past 2 days he affected by fever at nights 100-102 for the entire  night.  We have given para tablet but not recovered, due to corono virus am unable to go for a visit again. My question is whether the fever is normal or why he suffering fever at nights?

Dear doctor,  I was in the habit of chewing pan masala(without tobacco) for the past 12 years.  I have OSMF and brown discoloration inside my right cheek. I am not able to consume spicy food(even a little hurts a lot). I have quit the habit of chewing pan masala 9 months back and have developed these patches (brown discoloration/ patches) 6 months back. I have quit even smoking now say around 50 days back. I wanted to understand what should be the line of treatment.Will these brown patches ever go away and if they donot go, hope they ll not cause any problems in the future till the time bad habits are discontinued.What can i do so that these changes that have happened in my mucosa can be reversed. Are these fibrosis patches?? Please help guiding me with what has to be done

I have this spot since yesterday and I have been feeling irritated and I am having a sore throat. I am having minor coughs too. I am not having fever. What to do? I don't want to go and consult a doctor right now because of coronavirus.

Hello Doctor!      I am experiencing blocked nose while sleeping but this come to normal after waking up. Both of the holes of nose use to get blocked and this is happening since one month back. Hello Can you suggest me what cream to apply for nasal abscess i have a boil inside nose from many long time. And it get small and big depend on weather condition. I feel slightly breath issue if it get too much big. Please suggest what to do. Thank you.
