Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel left nose and ear block and have little internal cold. Which drop can I use. Please suggest me.

Feeling tired and fever and soar throat and cough and sometimes even cough comes out from mouth from last 4-5 days

15 days before in morning i had sore throat and nose blockage and lymp on left tosile i took antibiotics Like azithomicin Amox Monatir lc But still no joy i had ent opinions he said no tonsil but its post nose drain. I having pain in throat and morning nose cold. And having stomach pain. Lymp seem inside throat not outside. Kindly suggest i am worry about other server diseases Attached pic of lymp.

I have sore throat from last 5 days and with little pain. There is no mucus, no coughing, no sneezing and no fever. But there is severe headache from last 2 days. I have returned from Vietnam last week. Is there a chance of Corona virus infection?

Hi Doctor, Am suffering from  nose drying,( last 15 days )and breath comes sometime one side of nose and sometime other side, dry nose side breath is not coming properly , no runny nose no headache no cough ,sometimes phlegm is  coming (not always) . Still I don't use any drops. Dirty is not coming easily when I try to remove. Is it any infection ? Can suggest any drops or tablet ? Or it is any sign of virus ?

My mother is having slightly reddish/pinkish lession in the right side of the tongue since November 2019. She is having no pain or issues in eating chewing,swallowing. It is causing no other problems. She had a bad premolar tooth so got it plucked last month. She also have chronic dysentery problem Not sure what to do next.Attached is the image of the tongue. Suffering from throat pain and coughing for like two weeks... I have family history with cancer patients... I am also a smoker too, Though trying to quite. When I searched in Google, results really scared me. Day by day It's becoming difficult to eat or drink.

I have osmf and grey pigmentation inside my cheeks. I have consulted an ENT and m taking turmi q tablet once a day and Stoma Care ointment for local application. I was in the habit of chewing pan masala and smoking for the past 15 years and i have quit the habit completely now.I am unable to eat spicy food . Wanted to understand how will i b able to eat spicy food and if i dont start the habit again, will it never convert into carcinoma. Please help doctors as i am too worried. What should be the line of treatment. What are the chances of malignancy. Will these patches ever regress.
