Less hearing in left ear.
Sir I was doing forceful and rapid breathing exercise a kind of pranayam two days ago and since then I noticed Less hearing in left ear. My CGHS doctor gave me Fexofenadine HCl tablets and Oxymetazoline HCl nasal solution. Please guide for the right treatment.

Less hearing can be due to many causes. As you have mentioned breathing exercise, it looks like it might have caused trauma to ear drum. Please visit nearby ENT Surgeon and get your ear examined. Usually any trauma to ear drum recovers if it’s small. But still, better to get it examined.

That would do.. take it for a week, do steam inhalation after putting nasal drops.
