Left ear clogged
Hi doctors! Last week i have sudden hear loss in my left ear and there is ringing sensation. Hearing from left ear irritates me ,i feel like brusty sound coming in my ear. So i consult to a ent doctor he checked my ear and said there is swelling. He give me medicine and said this will heal it. After 5 days my irritation and ringing sensation is gone upto 80 % but still my left ear is like clogged i does not able to get the sound from my left ear properly which i used to get before, and it feels imbalancing of sound in both ears. I also attached the prescription for your reference which doctor gave me. Can you suggest what i have to do next.

Hi, before these symptoms appeared do u had any cold or cough, with ringing sensation do u have any vertigo, vomiting, pain in ear or any type of discharge from ear? Do u get an audiogram done or any other test Give detail history

avoid loud sounds and water entry inside ear. avoid using ear buds, take steam twice daily and avoid blowing of nose

Use medicines for one more week...ear pain and cold decreases early but blocking sensation takes 3 weeks to come down completely..take lot of steam inhalation..
