I am suspecting Postnasal Drip is causing mucus and sore throat.
Can i use Solspre Nasal Spray and Physiomer Hypertonic Nasal spray together?

There is no extra advantage of using both the spray. U can use physiomer spray for nasal congestion and with that u have to take other medicines for nasal discharge and sore throat
