Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Balance disorder and ringing in ear. taking vertin 24 mg 3 in a day and stemetil md 2 in a day. Symtom improve in a week. Mri is done no problem obersed. can I take certain 24 mg 2 in a day or 3 in a day. Please help me.

If i take some cold stuff in evening, its trouble for my throat, its happening since long time. If i smell any think like mosquito drug smog , i will start coughing and scratch in my throat, however i do recover within an hour.

When i eat i feel pain in left side salivary gland.. on touching it the salivary gland feels very hard... i experince it 3 4 months back now from 3 4 day i am experiencing it again and the salivary gland is still hard... the area which is shown by the pin.. on touching it by finger it feels like something small hard substance is beneath the tissue and from the duct opening of left side very less amount of pus is coming occasionally.. what is this condition plzz help me.. i m too worried about it.. is this serious something..
