Left side lower jaw pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have bitten my cheeks and tongue 3 days ago while eating...now I have a canker sore like looking thing on my cheeks and my tongue also hurts...And lower side of my jaw(lymph node) hurts on pressing and extending my neck...what should I do?
