Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today I have noticed the blood bubble below tongue. It's somewhat paining. I very afraid of thinking it of anything serious pls suggest. Image attached for reference.

I don't the names what is that but aunty say excess of heat I got small red pimple in nose and always runny include fever dry lips pls tell me what should I do

My face right side section is swelled and most probably it's enlarge epiglottis. But I don't face any issues in anything eat and drink it completely perfect. There is knot kind of things below the right tounge and having pain there. I don't geel any pain inside it's all from outside. And this thing happen from last 2days And today.there are more swelling. My ear check throat all are swelling. I just nut feeling good. Having pain on that knot only. That is also not like it's not bearable.but in night or day or you can say some time its started pain badly. But mostly it just okay.

From last two days my nose near by eyes potion is changed inside to red colour and irritating when in closed area there no cold no fever or no cough

I got nosebleed in some 1 week to 1-2 day gossip ... and this happened for the first time in my life.. And I went to a hospital for the same, he got my blood pressure checked, he came 97/143, after that he wrote a drop  So can you give me a good suggestion about this...And also tell me is this normal or I should take this treatment and should I where

There is a sore in my mother's mouth for 3 months. She is on homeopathic medicine. Earlier there was a throat pain but now there is no throat pain.

I am having ulcers on tongue both sides towards throat, and also one in throat. There is no much pain but its irritating. Please suggest what to do. It gives a feeling of that there is something in throat.
