Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat pain and sore throat not regularly but when I speak long period and while wake up feel little throat infection/pain on both side and sore throat little. Please advise how to cure throat infection.

I had sore throat since last 3 weeks, I consultanted Dr and taken Azithromycin 500 and LC tablets. Got some relief but still some scratchy type feeling persisting.. pls suggest something

Feeling like something has been stuck in throat. Hence causing discomfort. Everything else is going good.

I am having pain while swallowing.feeling feverish, having body pain and also there are white patches on he left lymph node of the throat. Having the pain on the left side only. Took dolo yesterday and doing betadine gargles

Hii, i am feeling throat problem frm last 5-6 days. I had much weakness on monday 13.04.2020. I rested on that from afternoon. After that till now weakness is at negligible level but throat problem like soar throat. I did not had fever. I have problem of hertius hernia. I take mrg single table for that. Now doing only gargle 4 times from betadin from 2 days but still problem. Kindly guide for further treatment.

Most of the time I eat food I feel it spicy and i lose interest to have in 3-4 bites. It appears to me that too much spices have been added whereas everybody else is able to eat it. Facing this issue since 5-6 months. also there is blood from gums at time during brushing.

Since 1month I feel like fish bone stucked in my throat . Even though it's not a bone. Took antibiotics and gargled too but no recovery yet. Sometimes i feels like  swollen gland and neck. No travel history. No fever.

What does mean chronic inflammation? . Please find the attached usg reports & attached photos of affected area of back of neck . A small swelling is persist from November-19 which is painless mobile & no symtoms of fever and weight loss. Is it any serious anything?

Post nasal drip causes cough? This is the condition which I am facing now.. So i want know nasal causes cough Or not

I am suffering from soar throat since 1 week used azithro and levecet but still not gone. I had travel history from pune to hyd on 20th march along with my family in Train, No one has any symptoms of covid i am afraid of corona. It's very hard to eat anything as throat is paining. Mucos also not coming, feels like throat is dry, thirsty.
