How to cure sourness of throat and what to do to protect from throat infection in current scenario..

There is wheezy sound while I cough is it Coronavirus there is no fever or cold is present or breathing issue

I have a cold right side blocked left side is free next day morning right side blocked &left side is free (this problem facing with 45 Days)

Suffering from white tongue and recurring red patches(like geographic tongue). Loose stools. Sometimes body temp goes till 99.5. and bumps on back side of tongue which are painless. I can see some red patches like strep throat in my throat. Done LFT s.bilirubin is 2.2.. a day i woke up i can feel bumps on my side tongue and inside my cheeks.. after 2hours they gone. I went to a doctor he said this is "gilbert syndrome" and prescribed me zinc syrup, bicosule and vitamin tablets.. it's been 7 days no progress. Now sometimes i see Yellowish green urine.. i urinate frequently.

Started of as sore throat on right side with two ulcer on throat and pain on right side. Took antibiotics course and the pain went then it started on left side and the another course of antibiotics and pain went but right side still swollen. Now taking medication for LPR since 5 days but dont see any impact on swelling. Google is making me crazy with all the nonsense. Kindly advice

My throat is drying out and has a pinching sensation from last 1 week. But after drinking water or something warm feels good. I have taken a antibiotic called amoxyclav 625 and anti allergy LEVOCIT prescribed by an pharmacist, but it didn't help. I do have a doubt that AC is causing it. Nothing helps, i have tried almost everything possible. Help needed ASAP. causing panic

My friend is suffering from red eyes since last 1 week. He is using eye an eye drops to prevent dry eyes but its not helping much. He has irritating and itching in eyes and appears completely red. Can someone suggest any medication? Due to lockdown he is not able to visit any doctor so it would be helpful if someone can connect with him online

Im feeling a vibration or drum like sound in my right ear from 15 days but it's not continuous.I also feel a pressure and muffed sound in my ear only at night while I sleep.i can't feel it during day time may be due to surrounding noise.actually I can't describe how I feel a pressure with a sound but not like the vibration or drum like.I am very sensitive to cold means if I get in contact with cold air or I spend lot of time in open air or if I sleep by opening my window open then I will hv sore throat or cold or may b headache like this.Even I am not feeling hot of summer as much as my surroundings people are feeling.i also have ear pain nd I feel heaviness in my ear while I bent down to do something.Before two year a bug has entery to my ear while sleeping and had cut my inner so much that blood was coming out.but after the removal of the bug my ear was normal and I eat some medicines for and it was normal.This is all about my ear history.please help me out.i m really worried.

Pain gets relieved on taking analgesic . Initially it was jaw pain later got throat pain. Pain is of continuous nature

I have vibration like sound in my right ear from 15 days.Its not continuous .And while sleeping at night I also feel some type or pressure in the air and even I can hear the pressure sound.I actually don't find any words to describe it.some muffed type may be.During day time I can't feel the pressure but only when the surrounding noise calms down I heard that sound.I also have ear pain.pleae help me out.I m really worried.i don't have cold but I am sensitive to cold means I can't sit in an open cold air ,because after that I will either have sore throat or cold.please help me out.
