Vertigo and tinititus Advice Vertune 48mg once a day Ditide once a day Now the condition is only tunititus Ditide is not available in market Two years gone but noise is in left ear. Please advice

What medicine i take i am suffering a swelling near tounslities.When i nemulise wet cough will come outside.

My right throat is paining along with itching. I used to smoke hukkah everyday but its been over a month now I stopped taking hukkah. I am taking cefixime and paracetamol medicine. I have attached my throat photo here. Can you suggest some antiboitics and home remedies to cure this?

Attched throat pics for ref. Having throat infection from last 5-6 days. Doing gargle from betadin 2-3 times a day. But still no relief at much level. Dont have fever, cough and breathlessness. But having throat discomfort like if you see in pics redness on throat and weakness in body. Do i need to worry for covid or it is throat infection only. Kindly suggest for treatment and advice.

मुझे कफ बहुत आता है जब भी मै सो कर उठता हूं २०-२५ छींक आती है  और ऐसा लगता है गले मै कफ अटक गया है जिस से मै परेशान हो जाता है ये ठंडी की दिनों मै ही नहीं गर्मी मै भी जब मै कूलर मै सोता हो या नॉर्मल पंखे मै सोता हूं तो भी मुझे कफ और छींक आती है  और कफ जब और ज्यादा आता है जब मै ठंडी चीजें जैसे कुछ ठंडा पानी पी लेता हूं  तब पीला पीला कफ आता है वरना पानी जैसा कुछ ना कुछ गले मै लटका रहता है नाक बंद हो जाती है सुबह मै दोपहर मै जब भी सो कर उठता हूं  इसके लिए मैंने डॉक्टर से दवाई ली थी zyrcold 10 mg ( mor.- evening) mucotab 600 (evening) levoflox 500 ( evening) metatop nasal spray ( in night) क्या ये मै दोबारा शुरू कर सकता हूं
