Tinnitus in one ear
I have Tinnitus in one ear for almost a month now, I have have mild hearing loss in both ears, but my hearing loss is not recent and I have had it since the past 10+ years, and was not progressive. The tinnitus has reduced in intensity since its onset a month ago, and its definately getting lighter by every passing week. But it's still there and I have got into a major depression because of the Tinnitus because I visited a few doctors who said there is really no specific solution and gave me multi vitamins and goong forte. I'm 30 and worried about my life moving forward as Tinntus has taken a huge toll on my mental health. I wanted to know do people recover in Tinnitus as I have hardly heard recovery stories. Also does it disappear slowly or all at once? I will really appreciate some help
