Red throat irritation uncomfortable
Hello dr. Facing red throat and front red bump with white dots...from 4 months around. Left side irritation No pain in swelling hard food water. White Mucus problem. Node in  backheadneck like consist pea size. Recently one more submental node comes And white spot like tonsil stone on left side  throat noticing from 4 months. Its normal? Any warning sign? Is this granular phraynits?
