Throat Problem
Hi. Yesterday , I saw my tonsils with small white spots , and when i gently opened my mouth , I saw the tonsil touching the tonsicullar pillar , and recently I had redness in the throat , and today when I checked my throat , I saw " bean - rice shaped thing on both sides of the tonsicullar pillar just besides the uvula, is it a problem , I don't have any trouble swallowing, and when I see my another tonsil , I saw black dots , is it a major problem , please suggest

As per your history, it is a normal tonsillar debris which accumulates in your tonsil. Usually it falls off with a foul smell in your breath. If you don't have fever or difficulty in swallowing, then you don't have to take any medication. Though some basic medication you can use to maintain your oral hygiene, to prevent further any problem

The history is a little confusing . There can be tonsilloliths in your tonsils equivalent to tonsil stones Or it can be follicles and pus points as well Please share a picture and consult for further management For now start betadine gargles thrice daily

May be food partical or tonsillar stones. If no throat pain, please do the gargle 1-1-1 x 5days. Avoid cold food. Drink plenty of water
