Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, please suggest on basis of attached CT PNS report. Is it sinusitis? Symptoms are Chronic left sided lightheadedness, facial pressure, occasional upper tooth tingling, left ear feeling muffled, squeaking on valsalva maneuver for 3 months. Tried multiple courses of prescription antihistamines, steam inhalation, no relief. Kindly help.

Facing issue from last month of nose blockage. But no runny nose. Some saliva is forming.!please let me know what to do

From past 4-5 days . im feeling a discomfort in the end of the throat . No pain , no cold no fever just this discomforg that something is stuck and i can feel mucous sometimes .

5-6 days back I have severe headache and due to which I had body ache I consulted with dr she wrote me ibugesic plus and stematil since I had dizziness but after that it has been 3 days that I m not able to smell anything or taste anything.. please suggest me some medications to overcome this issue

Since 27march I have nasal congestion from 14 April I had started dry cough after 2 days my Throat irritating like hell feels like something is in my throat I get soo scared it make so uncomfortable I can't even stay at one place..it feel my throat pipe are stucked together is this is serious illness or covid19

Usg report shows a small chronic inflamatory lession is back of neck . Is it low grade infection. Any risk is there . Please suggest. Attached usg report . A small swelling lymph node is persisting in back of neck is painless from last 5 months. No symtoms of fever or weight loss or other swelling in the bodies.

I accidentally swallow the sharp little chicken bone .. I feel now the stuck in throat .. how to heal this prblm . Is this normal or any danger ?

There is slight pain  just above the angle of mandible and in front of auricle...on left side actually it's midway between the angle of mandible and auricle...it's slightly tender on tapping...and I feel the same pain was radiating slightly to my upper teeth on left side..2 days back...but now I don't feel any pain in the upper teeth...but I feel like my left ear is slightly paining because of using headphones always...so I have stopped using them since 2 days...but I don't understand why is it paining infront of auricle just above the angle of mandible...first I thought it's bone pain...but it doesn't seem exactly like bone pain...it's weird kind of pain...I don't understand why it's all of sudden...never experienced this before...first time...and also...only since 2 days and sudden in onset...no other symptoms...I have taken diclofenac only one tablet each day...becz I initially thought it was something related to.teeth...but it's not...is there any suggestion...and what medicines?
