It's been a month she is suffering with ear pain she was treated with pain killers and ear drops. But still no use still she is suffering with ear pain

Hello, I have a problem of sore throat from a very long time. I also spit a lot of phlegm. Tried a lot of home remedies but nothing comes in handy. Also recently i feel like something is stuck in my throat. I don't have any other symptoms like weakness or fever. Also, the nerves in my throat are very much red in color. Can't understand what to do as i cannot visit any clinic or hospital right now Please help.

Two months ago i had my left side wisdom tooth removed after that i hade pain in my inner mouth and ear so doc gave me MAYO SPAZ. But when ever i keep.my hand on my left ear and remove it i hear buszing and clicking sound. This sound goes away when i pop my ear...Sometimes when i pop my ear i hear wired sound and also some pain. Why is this happening?
