Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So I have not been able to cure my cold. It was bad in the initial 7 days but then it came down to negligible after doing some organic treatment like garlic, ginger, turmeric warm water, etc. The throat is just fine leaving apart throat disturbance which is about 2-3 times a week and about one time a day. I feel I have a congested nose, I blow it out almost every morning. Mucus is clear and has no color. There is no pain. Occasional sneezing (about 4-5 times a day) But it's not going completely. What could be the cause? How to cure?

Sir/mam, I had been suffering from throat pain on the right side just above neck, started 4 days back,I had tried salt gargle, turmeric gargle, hot water but it's not going suggest.

I have been having some kind of irritation in my throat, slight pain in throat and right ear..taken erythro 250 for 5 days. I got some relief but not completely healed.

Dear doctor, From last one month I am feeling cold almost everyday.sometimes I feel ok sometimes feeling cold and headache almost everyday. Kindly guide and suggest appropriate treatment. Regards Simply srivastava

Hi, Since 2 month I have this swollen neck. Doctor asked me to do CECT of neck. Please find attached the picture, is it because of the dilation of IJV? I was worried it may be because of lymph nodes.
