Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is having a white fungus like thing in her ear, she got to know it when she was trying yo clean it with a tin wood pick , she heard some different sound... we checked with torch and got to see this white thing... i shall attach the picture which is not so clear becouse it was taken with mobile camera. I am avoiding to take her to nearby doctor to be safe and follow social distancing as she is I already having diebetes... for diebetes she ia taking Gemer 0.5 daily 1 in morning and half in evening before meal. Please suggest some drops or remedies for this problem.

I got earwax removed last week and there has been a feeling of pressure and fullness in right ear specially. Always feel like putting finger in the ear and stretching it. This is the constant feeling to itch or constantly wiggling the inside of the year as there is a feeling of ear bring swollen. Hearing is much better post wax removal. Pressure feeling is constantly there, mostly in right ear and sometimes in the left ear. Have been putting ciplox ear drops too since a week. Please let me know if this is all normal and what all precautions need to be taken or any other medicine is to be taken alongside. Very worried. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Since from few days I am feeling mild throat pain and left side lower ear pain. I have throat tightness and if I take long breath I feel it stucks in my throat. Pls suggest something. For acid reflux m talking medicines

Hello . I have developed some pain in my left ear. It seems some sort of infection. For the last couple of days, I had a lot of irritation / itching inside the ear. Today I'm having pain around the outer skin of ear and a bit heaviness around the ear / lower jaw area.

From last one week I am feeling swelling on right side of throat and pain in ear. It cause discomfort in ear and blowing like feeling . Sometimes back of my tongue also hurts from one side Thank

Problem of running nose and sneezing. problem is more prominent while cooking food near gas burner and in morning.

Pics of throat attached. I had throat irritation before 2 week. I did gargle 4 times a day from betadin and had 3 tablets of tab azicox 500. Now from last 1 week doing gargle from betadin once-twice a day.For a week it was fine. But again from 2 days irritation started. Does excess gargle harms and plz advice for treatment.

Dr m on medicine for throat tightness due to acid reflux. But since from 3 days I have mild throat pain but I can swallow no issue.. But along with mild pain m sensing hot air in my throat. M taking antibiotics and antacids. Pls suggest me

Pain in the area between ear and neck on the left side. Have been taking dolo/combiflam but the pain has not reduced
