Inferior Turbinate Swelling
Only one turbinate swells at a time , when one side nose open up other close . When i walk both nose opens. I dont have cold

It's natural for turbinates to swell up alternatively. It's called nasal cycle. Unless u have any other nasal symptoms or block, you don't have to do anything. If you want to know more or have any other doubts,  consult online
