From 2 months ...I have red dots in my tongue and throat too..,.and it become more red after eating...and got some swelling in face...what's the reason??

Swelling on face is not related to these red dots. These red dots are normal taste buds.

This seems to be normal papillae . We need to evaluate face swelling after taking food..may be this is allergy..
