Excess mucus production often
Extra mucus is being produced in my chest and throat and when clear my nose that mucus goes into my throat and it goes after some days but come back after another few days. I dont consume cold water or any thing oily or sour but still i dont know if what triggers this ?? I clear my chest and throat by coughing out mucus but it still does not end ? What should i do ?

This could be due to allergic rhinitis or asthma.if you are experiencing pain in the throat, it could be infection too. You need to consult online.

More details required for proper diagnosis..if mucous coming from chest - some chest problem is likely ,and if mucous dripping down the throat from nose - sinusitis may be the cause.
