I am 20 kgs overweight
I am 20 kgs overweight. I do regular aerobics for 1 hour. I need to lose the extra weight. I weigh 89 kgs and I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. I am a vegetarian and enjoy dairy products, fruits and vegetables. I need a diet chart which I can follow and lose the extra kilos.

Over weight
I want to loose weight but i m nt able to give enough time for workout as i m a student and also professionally an artist. I eat less but do not follow any diet..as i m too tired from my work schedule nd do not have tht much of energy to come home and prepare my food. But now my sister is getting married in 2 months. I want such a diet chart that i can follow properly nd evn suggest me some exercise that does nt take much time but gives good result. I m in my college from 9 to 3.. i get break from 11:30 to 12. Then class in evening 6 to 8.. please suggest me somthing that i can manage both.. my daily routine and even the diet.. also i have headache issue... so even suggest me somthing for that.. thank you

I'm underweight.
I need to gain weight, I'm 5ft and weigh 40 kgs . I followed a diet plan from the internet which made me eat lots of food in a day and eventually I got bad stomach, I don't exercise much and its really hard for me to stick to something (being consistent) but I would love to have a professional help and I promise to maintain the consistency for my own good because I must. ☺

Weightgain pimples
Excessive weight gain since past 6 months and stretch marks over calf, thighs and side of stomach which are black in color. Pimples also there which arent responding to clindamycin. They are leaving a lot of marks and all this together is causing a lot of distress because i dont fit into my clothes anymore. Majorly central obesity, and fat in thighs and arms. Please give me asolution for all this.

Lose weight
I want to lose weight. I want a diet chart that is easy to follow for a long time. Something practical and doable in day-to-day life. I need to lose atleast 10 kgs. I am a stay at home mom with a very active 2.5 year old so starving is not an option for me. I had a normal delivery, if that is a concern. I do yoga 5 days a week but that has not aided in any weight loss.
