I need serious helpPLEASE
I'm 24 yrs old and 54Kgs :( I seriously want to gain huge mass and muscles . Please help me and let me know if these supplements which I'm about to start would put me into any health risks ? Or are they high dose for a skinny dude like me ? I'm joining gym today as Monday and I've bought ""ON (Optimum Nutrition) Pro Gainer, Strawberry Cream 5Lb and ON (Optimum Nutrition) Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, 5 lb Double Rich Chocolate."" I'm about to start taking 2dose of Optimum pro gainer (One serve ,as I wake and the other before bed .. And one dose of ON Gold whey protein at Post workout . This will include 4-5 meals 4eggs everyday 3-4bananas 2 whole food (Lunch and Dinner ) 3 small meals (burger,fruits,dry fruits ) PLEASE GUIDE ME IF THIS IS GOING TO GET MY BODY INTO HEAT ??IM VERY WORRIED ABOUT HAIR LOSS ,IVE HEARD RUMURS WHERE THEY SAY 'AS ITS MARCH AND SUMMERS BOUT TO START AND TAKING 2 SUPPLEMENTS (MASS GAINER,WHEY PROTEIN )4eggs & dry fruits might get me into some trouble???

Hello there. What you have brought are protein supplements. They done contain anything which would cause your metabolism to shoot up. There are supplements which shoot up metabolism, those will cause weight loss and if not taken properly a lot of side effects like feeling tired every time, palpitations, excess sweating, blurred vision etc. I suggest you done start the supplements as of yet, just start with the eggs and other things which you are planning to take, they you can gradually start supplements. Drink lots of water. All the best. Regards
