Looking for weight loss. Gained 2.5kgs in past 2 months. Following diet and exercise still nothing seems to be working. Looking forward to reduce weight in healthy manner. Have constipation problem on and off quite frequently. No past family history related to weight gain, etc. Lifestyle is mildely active. I do not eat junk food or sweet (v.ocassional).do not have thyroid, pcod etc.

Vitamin D RDA
His Vitamin D was 46 during December 2016. He started running @ 160k per month and when we checked Vitamin d in July it dropped to 16. Is it possible that Vitamin D dropped due to running and he need to adjust his diet and add more Vitamin D to his diet. if yes what is the ideal RDA for working out people's. Only vegetarian diet

Haemoglobin is getting low with medicine
My father a renal patient haemoglobin 9.6 last week and now is 9.4. She is following plain diet which includes Roti, Rice, Dal, Vegetable for dinner and lunch. Breakfast she has porridge/upma/roti/paratha with minimal ghee/oil. Fruits only Apple or Pear one per day. She is feeling weakness. Please suggest dirt rich in iron to increase haemoglobin.
