I am overweight since past 2years after giving a birth to my child.. since then my food intake become more and unplanned..

I did a routine blood test T3, T4 and TSH which i do every 3 months my T3 and T4 are normal only TSH is 150 which is meant to be very high. I want to know the risk factors and also the medication and precautions to be taken at earliest. Please help
