Sir/madam I don't know how to convey my problems in words, I am overweight and due to this several more issues came over, I can't sleep over nights and this results in my day time sleeps which goes nearly 8 to 10 hours which is the most concerning issue due to this I am not able to attend my classes regularly and after sone time I even don't understand what is currently going on in studies. I also used to smoke, previously I used to smoke nearly 15 to 20 cigarettes per day but don't know how I controlled it to 4 now a days. My main cause for asking you to help because I actually don't know where to go and to whom concern all this. I want to be a healthy person and beside this I want a healthy routine to concentrate on studies. Do kindly guide me accordingly to overcome these issues.
