Want to reduce about 10kg weight
I am 5', 29yrs old female. My weight is 70kg. I want to reduce my weight by 10-15KG. I do ~20min of stretches and pranayam in the morning and 20-25min on elliptical machine and 15min on exercise bike daily (5 days a week).
I usually eat less (as in, I feel hungry even after a meal) and try to have minimal carbohydrate.
Is this right?
