Want to gian weight.

Hey I am considerably underweight and thus, very thin. I feel full after eating very little food. I have always been thin but recently I have lost even more weight. However, I did not suffer from any major disease.  This is alarming and I want to gain weight asap. I also feel tired sometimes! What is the cause of this and what is the probable dietary changes?
