I just wanted to know if fasting just for a few days would be a bad idea, i plan on drinking tons of water through the few days, if i get the results im seeking ( which would be lower blood sugar) hopefully i can move on to a 7 day fast and roll into a cleaner diet

Weight problem
I am facing a problem of having irregular motions frm last few years. Actually i usually get pressure at night only and tht too once in 2-3 days.I hv a proper diet bt I dnt get pressure in the morning. My weight is also very less as compared to my age.
