Impaired glucose levels and hypothyroidi
I'm a 41 year old female suffering from impaired glucose level and hypothyroidism. Inspite of being on a low calorie diet and going for brisk walk of about 40 mins everyday, I am unable to loose weight. What could be the reason for That? Presently I weigh 98 kgs and my height is 176 cms.

After cyst removal had 5kgs lost. Since cyst increases weight the same has been reduced post removal. Continuing to see weight loss even after 5 months from removal. However I eat I don't gain weight at all. I'm quite lean from birth. Eating a lot doesn't help me gain weight at Al.
