Post workout diet
Hi! I workout in the evening due to to a busy work schedule. Its generally 7-7:30 when i return back from the gym. I feel very hungry after a workout. Is this normal? Since its dinner time by the time i return, what kind of diet should i take for dinner in that case? Thanking you in anticipation!
