I have started jogging in morning to reduce my weight. I jog for 2.5kms and walk upto 3kms. I am developing heat boils/pimple like on my thighs and also at back of my knee. I drink around 1litre After jogging. Please suggest what i should do to avoid this kind of heat rashes due to jogging.

Hlo doctor, I am almost 17 year old female . My height is 4"11& weight 54 kg.My growth plates have fused & my growth has stopped when I was 11years old and had menarche. Since then my height has not grown more than 1 inch. My mom's height is 5"2.5 & dad's height is 5"5. Want to reduce fat from body
My height is 5.10 & weight is 82 , I want to reduce at least 15 kg , suggest me diet & exercises my hands & legs are thin , fat is in my chest , back & stomach
