Hi,
I am a software engineer and currently working in night shifts.
Recently around 3-4 months my weight has increased at a alarming levels. My wight is currently around 125-130 KG.

No cushioning between skin & neck bone
Having pain in the neck and spinal region cause of lack of layering I feel. Can feel my bones easily so leaning on anything touches the bones causing pain. I eat eggs often. I have less food sometimes but don't skip meals much. Any suggestions to improve my weight as well as increase body fat or muscles which ever will cushion the neck bones.? Even the bone ahead of the ankle bone seems to be protruding a little. Both of which were not there before.Also Any general diet suggestions which might help.
