My father have cirrhosis of liver. So what will be his diet plan? Morning to night what diet we give him??

I have a problem with weight gain. I can lose it but it’s hard for me to gain considering my metabolism. My friends told me to confront a doctor about it so I’m wondering if there’s any opinion or ways to help this? I’m 96 pounds and I’m 16 years old. Just always been stuck in a small body losing weight easy but not gaining. Any suggestions?
