My daughter who is 5 years old often complains of stomach ache .. last year in 2025 when i get her scan done, we get to know that she has mesentric lymphadenopathy (12x7) after a year again we get her scan done and as of now it is (15x4).. we have done her cbp and crp in jan 2026 when she got infected with chicken pox.. sometimes, even now she complains about stomach ache but it resolves on its own in few minutes.. is it dangerous?? pls tell me.. her height is 107cm and her weight is 16.4. pls advise.. i have attached her reports aswell

My 10 months baby is having constant diarrhea for 3 days. First had vomiting for 2 times but got relief after ondansterone. Having a fever also which is subsiding now. But diarrhea is not getting reduced. He is having watery diarrhea for more than 10-12 times a day. Giving him lactobacillus syrup, bacipro rapsules, ors and normal drinking water but no relief after 3 days also. What else can be done?

Can we give salt in babies food? Iodine is necessary for mental health right. And the amount of water we can give to our baby. My baby is 6 months and 10 days old and weighs 6.5 kg. Also is the weight correct or not?

The doctor said calamine lotion but the chemist gave me calcare lotion. I applied it on the legs since my 18 month old was bitten by ants. Can I use calcare lotion with calamine diphenhydramine hydrochloride and camphor for insect bites on my 18 month old legs?

Is it safe to use orajel/bonajela (teething gel)  for swollen gums and redness in 8 month old baby ?

My 15 mnth baby boy urinating frequently in 1 hr sometimes in 20mnts . while sleeping for 2 or 3 hr he won't urinate is it normal

Hi my baby girl is 4.9kgs she is 2months old, her birth weight is 3.7kgs she has only gained 1.2kgs in 2months is it fine?,she is on both breast milk and formula as I cannot produce much milk, she sleeps for 14hrs in 24 hrs, she will sleep 9hrs straight at night without waking up for feed,even I don't wake her up for feed, do I need to wake her up at night for feed?then she will have her feed in morning, take bath and sleep for another 3hrs, later she will be awake till night 1am,having her feeds every 2hrs.let me know is it normal or I do need to wake her up for feeds?

Hi Doctor, My son is 5 year old now, he has past history of seizure in high temperature. Our pediatric suggested it is common until 6 years however to avoid it during this period whenever there is fever give frizium tablet along with 5 ml of dolo 250 MG. Frizium to be given 1 tablet for 3 days.. my question is 1. Is  it necessary to give frisium tablet 3 days continously even if fever is controlled in second day itself. 2.How safe is to use frizium tablet. 3.When we are suppose to give this tablet is it when u read temperature 99 or 98? My pet was playing with my son and bit his legs while playing. I gave the 1st dose but my son fell very sick after that. Now he has rash and cough and is not even eating well. Shall I still continue with the vaccination? The dog is all normal so far
