Zinc should be added . For 14 days .with probiotic for 4 days and most imp one should look for dehydration status especially weather child is passing urine regularly or not ..if not .then immediate admission to hospital is required
Next Steps

If baby is playful and passing urine then no need to worry
1. Syp zinc [5ml/20mg] 5 ml once a day for 14 days
2. Continue probiotics for 5 days
3. Continue WHO ORS
Looks like viral diarrhea which can last for a few days more. The goal of treatment is to prevent dehydration. The child should be passing urine and be active. Don't keep on changing doctors and medicines as it will not help.
Visit a pediatrician for check up and second opinion
You can start syrup.Z&D(Zinc 20 mg)...give 5ml once a day for 14 days. Along with ORS sachets and lactobacillus.Continue complementary feeding and breast feeding. It will gradually subside.he will get well soon.
keep your child hydrated .. give sips of water and walyte ors in between... check if the child is dull or child has decreased urine output... if the childnis active playful and passing urine properly no need to worry... give enterogermina , zinconia and redotil. if child develops fever or dullness take her to the nearby clinic.
If your baby is having diarrhoea and passing loose stools continously there are chances that baby might end up in dehydration
It is better to visit a near by paediatrician and get baby checked
Diarrhoea with fever sometimes takes time to resolve its in the best interest of baby to get the child checked near by
If your baby is active, drinking feeds and passing urine normally, continue ORS, feeds and zinc. However, since there are still 10–12 watery stools/day after 3 days, please have the baby examined to assess hydration. Seek urgent care if urine output decreases, baby becomes lethargic, refuses feeds, or develops persistent vomiting.
Greetings
watery diarrhea occurring 10–12 times a day along with a history of vomiting and fever. With this high frequency of watery stools, the immediate priority is protecting against severe dehydration. Please seek an urgent, in-person pediatric evaluation to assess fluid levels and check for underlying bacterial or viral causes.Possible explanations for these prolonged symptoms include acute viral gastroenteritis, a bacterial bowel infection, or temporary lactose intolerance.
Start Zinc supplement if not started..SYP Zinconia 2.5 ml once a day for 14 days.Rest continue probiotic Bacipro respule ,ORS and continue diet which should involve Pomegranate (if able to chew),Banana ,Curd rice /Curd,apple.No juice ,only direct fruit if able to eat or smash it and give.Continue breast feeding.
If baby active and playful then only better to follow this advise otherwise get baby admitted and give IV fluid for 1-2 days as loose motions sometimes take 5 days minimum to reduce
