Can I give curd to 10 months old baby
My son is 10 months old and likes to eat curd. How much curd can I give him? Currently I am giving him cud rice once a day

You can give curd. But now in addition to that you should judiciously give other food like mashed fruits Semi solid porridge like consistency dal and rice khichdi. Homemade Cerelac using finger millet (ragi/nachani) Vegetables boiled and mashed. Fruits mashed or puree form If non-vegetarian can also introduce eggs. By one year the baby should eat from family plate

That is sufficient, introduce other food items too — banana . Carrots alwa, rice with - kichidi , apple etc
