Accidently gave adult nasovision drops for 3 days to my son who is 4 months old, on medicine it was mention 1 year and above . Is it normal now is it serious concern. I am just worried immediate answer is much appreciated

My 1 year 3 months old Son has fever, loose motion with blood stain. He has passed stool around 8-10 times in day. He is ok ok active. Drink fluid little little. I am confused that in his stool whether it is blood stain or something else as he drank beetroot juice yesterday. Please help I brought him to nearby physician he prescribed Change M syrup 5ml and cado z syrup 5ml both twice a day. Still his loose motion not improving. Pleaee help
