22 months old cries a lot and clings to caregiver while bathing..Initially cries at a social gathering, after sometime gets comfortable. Cries a lot when entering religious places with loud noises. I believe the main reason of her anxiety is very loud voicetone of her father at home on daily basis. Please guide.

My child is gonna be 3 years old soon, he accidentally got hold of diprobate plus lotion, we don't know what happened, he's saying he ate, again he's saying that he only smelled it, can someone tell me the risks of this. This lotion was given to my mother for scalp itching. He did this at 10.45 at night, now time is 3.30am.. he is normal and playful, he slept at his usual time. What should be watched for, what will be the effects, I'm scared, please let me know, thank you.

My Baby daughter was born on June 2025, premature at 35 weeks with IUGR. Her birth weight was 1.6kg. Due to low birth weight she was in NICU for 13 days. Post NICU she was 1.7kg. She is now almost 7 months chronological age and 5.5 months corrected. She is now 5kg. Her weight has stopped increasing recently. She last weighed 5kg a month ago and she is still 5kg. Her height now is around 66.5cm and she looks tall, lean and extremely thin. She was fed regular breastmilk and has just been started on semisolids like rice and moong dal porridge with small amount of ghee. Please note she has not been given formula (like prenan much), she was only given 60ml in a day formula max. Now she is fed porridge 2 times along with ghee and breastfeeding, my wife work from 8am to 2pm, so during this time only 2 times porridge is given. Is this enough for her condition and height. Note her weight has not increased for last 1 month. Is this concerning. What should we  do to increase her weight?

My baby boy is 2 years old. Weight 10 kgs. He has been getting Fever from the last 2 days. He is having a cold sneeze coming and eyes feel tired and sometimes tears are coming. Morning used 2.5 cetrizine syrup and night also used Fever mrng at 3.30 am is 102 used ibutime plus suspension syrup 5ml        Fever morning is 100 at 10 am and I used ibutime plus suspension syrup 5ml         Fever 3 pm is 101 used meftagesic syrup 4ml      At 5:15 temp is 102.3 not used any medicine Now time is 7:40 again the fever is 101.9 All the readings taken under arm. Please suggest which medicine should we take even fever not coming down with meftagesic please suggest next fever medicine time since fever came back with in 2 hours back what is the solution giving sponge light heat also

Hi dr, I have 1 n half,month daughter, her behaviour is little bit strange as whenever she is in sleep she latch my milk properly but whenever she is  Awake she doesn't latch it properly ,she keep nipple in mouth n leave within a second, this she keep continuing and that's  why she doesn't get milk,so she become angry like this she does this kind of act for 3 -4 hrs and when she get tired then she finally sleeps ,this is very irritating please answer is this normal behaviour in newborn or Not,and what could be the reason of her such a behaviour Thanks

Can we use a car seat with infant insert for a baby who is 3 months old? The baby doesn't have neck control yet but baby's head will be protected.
