Child Health Issues

My daughter is 2.5 years old she eats all kinds of vegetables and fruits but still her weight is not improving and sometimes she doesn't eat at all especially when she has cold,even now teething is going on. Can you please suggest some multivitamin syrup which can increase her appetite.

My son is 3yrs 5months, he is anemic due to iron deficiency. I have started giving him Amla, beetroot and carrot juice 100ml every morning on an empty stomach. Will it help with no side effects.. apart from this I also give him chicken or mutton liver weekly twice. Please advise about this juice I am not sure of making this a daily routine.

Hi, my baby boy is 4 months old, weighs 7.5kg, 65 cm. (birth weight:3.25 kg, 50 cm height). His urine frequency is very high. He passes stools 1-2 times a day, but pees almost 20 times in a day. Usually after feeds he pees every 10 -15 mins. Is this normal? Should I be worried ? Kindly advise. FYI, He is mostly on formula feed. Thanks

In the place of bcg vaccine after 8 months I see it's swelling and reddish in colour. Little scared of what is happening. Is it normal?

I have a younger brother 12 years old and is in 7th standard. Since my mother passed away suddenly due to brain haemmorage and especially since I got her admitted in ICU around 56 days ago, his routine and behavior changed significantly. He used to go to school with my mother and return with her. Since my mother’s illness/death, he has stopped going to school regularly and has now missed around a month or more. His phone usage increased heavily after my mother went to the ICU because he was staying with my aunt and mostly remained on the phone. Mom used to feed him but now he hasn't had a proper meal since 56 days (3 breads in the morning, egg roll in the afternoon and 2 3 spoons of rice at night which he doesn't like. He now spends a lot of time on the phone and avoids normal routine. Relatives tell me to get him out of it and I feel constantly worried about him even while at work because my mind stays focused on how to get him out of this. My dad has given his responsibility on me

How can I give water to my daughter with taal mishri or simple boiled water?? And what food should I give her now??? Mango and  watermelons are safe for baby?

My 1 month baby is not pooping on its own from 20-25 days.. We had to give dulcoflex in order for her to poop.. Whenever she gets the pressure she hold back the poop knowingly instead of pushing.. And cries after.. What is the reason.. What should we do..
