Expert opinion and views requesting
The child presents with intermittent abdominal pain for several months, mainly around the umbilical or right lower abdomen, occurring occasionally after meals or during bowel movement. The pain subsides spontaneously without medication.
There is a history of hard stools and mild straining, but no associated fever, vomiting, or appetite loss.
Past ultrasound (March 2025) showed no evidence of appendicitis or other abnormality.
Recent evaluations (October 2025):
• Fortis Hospital USG (06-Oct-2025): Appendix mildly prominent (5.5 mm), few mesenteric lymph nodes (8.3 mm), suggesting reactive lymphadenitis or resolving inflammation.
• X-ray Abdomen Erect (07-Oct-2025): No obstruction; moderate fecal and gas loading, consistent with constipation.
• Cloudnine Hospital USG (07-Oct-2025): Appendix normal, mild ileal wall thickening (4.6 mm) with reactive mesenteric lymph nodes (up to 9.5 mm) — Impression: Mild inflammatory ileitis with reactive mesenteric lymphadenitis.

Skin rashes
My daughter had 103 viral fever 1 month ago and then I saw rashes on her tummy and hand for the first time. They look like red spots 1to 1.5 cm in diameter. They came and went away next day. But new rashes keep on coming till now. They always go away in max 2 days. But new rashes keep coming on hands and legs. After next day of fever doc told to give histafree and stop it if she doesn't have any rash. So I stopped after 1 day. Then again they kept coming after 2to 3 days. I went to doc twice after that, he gave albendazole syrup. I gave the first dose and still no improvement in rashes. I was concerned next time and went, the doc said that it is an allergy rash and just asked me to apply coconut oil everyday. When will the rashes go away ? They are not itchy.

Baby pooping 8 times a day after travel
My 7.3 months baby pooping 5 to 8 times a day after 2 days of travel. She is on formula feed and bisleri packaged water. We haven't changed anything. Got home made cereal. She usually poops 1 or 2 times a day. But 2 days later after the travel pooping often immediately after having milk, water, or food. Pooping very little quantity, and normal poop without foul odour. Gravy like or sometimes dry but not hard. Is this normal? When does she gets normal pooping like 1 or 2 times a day. Baby is active and same sleep cycle but having a bit cold.
