Hi doc.. pls advise can I give Cipcal calcium suspension syrup (image attached) to my 1 year 10 month daughter as she has calcium deficient and doctor advised for calcium supplement. Pls advise

I wanted to check regarding my 9-month-old baby boy. He has been having fever for the past 2 days (since March 31), ranging from 99°F to 101.3°F, coming every 5–6 hours. We have started ibuprofen and antibiotics as advised. Earlier on March 10, he had a similar episode where his WBC was 24,000 and CRP was 41.9. He was admitted, treated, and after 2 days his WBC reduced to 14,000 and CRP to 14.8, so he was discharged with medicines. Now again, his reports show WBC 15,000 and CRP 21.6. Currently, he is active, feeding well, and has no other symptoms like cough, cold, vomiting, or loose motions. We are concerned about why this is repeating. Could it be an incomplete or new infection? Do we need further tests? Also, should we admit him again or continue treatment at home? Kindly guide us. Thank you.

Since am having fissure issue facing constipation after 20 days C SECTION even after taking high Fiber diet and 4 Lyra of water and looz syrup I felt constipated so doctor suggested cremafin plus now am feeling better but my 27 days old baby passing poop more times around 15 to 16 times after I started taking cremafin plus . So is it safe to use cremafin plus while lactating ?? Or should I stop using it?

My child is 7 years old. He always murmers the music in his mouth that he listens and does not be calm at all. For making him to study also he get frequently distracted and less focussed but he remembers the answers correctly. He feel lazy to respond to others. He also have keen interest in lights and fans and always wants to on and off them or hit the lights with balls.
