What if single drop of xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal drop (nasomist xp)  accidentally swallowed by baby of one month

Hi, how to layer baby in winter and my baby doesn't wear caps. I have heard that we shouldn't put cap indoors. Is it true in winters also. Or can it lead to overheating risk. Also how to know of the baby cough is due to infection or because of milk or saliva

My son is now 2 years old but he is on laxatives since last 6 months as approved by his pediatrician but I see no improvement in his condition. He got fissures a month back and still has fear of passing stool. He usually hold his stool upto 4-5 days now. I am very much stressed of his condition. Please let me know if you have any suggested pediatrician in Delhi. He is currently taking 10 drops of Smulyte(3times a day) and Laxopeg 1 pack in 50 ml water

Hello, My 2 months old baby cries alot on certain days after the afternoon time. He only needs continuous feeding and he keeps calm. As when he is not feeding he keeps crying. We try alot to keep him calm but he is not settling for hours. Due too much crying his voice also changed. He do not have any fever or vomitting. Feeding also properly and pees properly as well more 8 to 9 times a day and passes stool 2 to 3 times. We try everything to calm him but nothing works. We also give him colocaid drops but that also dont work. Please suggest what can be the reason. And how to deal with this? He is completely on breastfeed.

Sir, my daughter is of 4.5 yrs old and 16 kg of weight. She had fever, and during the fever she developed inflammed ,painful white patches on her tongue and yellow  /white patches gums.
