My new born is 24days old she is doing watery green stools while feeding, my doctor prescribed enterogermenia capsule should is give her full 5ml or 2.5ml for new born is fine?

My baby is 2.7 year from past a week is vomiting any time... N also he is saying he stomach is paining... V have consulted to his doctor she asked us to give bandi which we have already given him 2 day earlier without visiting the doctor and after visit she said give him bandi because he doesn't eat normal food , he only eats junk and sheera which is regular for him. No chapati no rice no dal not even any fruits or fruits juice, So he facing vomiting from past a week n tummy pain. Which are the test which will be good to judge his stomach condition. Hello dr , my baby is two years old and he is having constipation issues and tried medicines which are suggested by dr for a few months while taking medicines no issues seen but after completing the medicines course again the same issue repeats. So I started to give 2 prunes daily and with other fruits( mostly high sugary fruits he likes)  in day but is it ok to give daily with other fruits does this anyway affect his sugar level and cause any long term issues ?

My child is 6 year old (girl). She hits all milestones on time and is active. Birth weight was 3.11 kg but we have faced struggle in weight gain in later years. Her appetite is much better now. She eats nutritious food and loves fruits and vegetables.  Not a picky eater. Currently she is only 15kg and 108 cm in height. We try to include more protien ( vegetarian). However now seeing other kids who has similar  diet or even picky eaters developing body well,  we are wondering whether we should be worried? Any tests or examinations to be done? My son was admitted in hospital due to vomiting and dehydration after eating outside food, but was accidentally given paracetamol overdose for fever. Is it normal for a 5 days old baby to pass stool every time he drinks formula. Roughly 8-9 times. The stools is like mustard pasted
