Child Health Issues

My son is diagnosed with creatine deficiency syndrome , is this curable or medications available. Does Occupational therapy works for this, still he didn't not walk and not able to understand our simple actions and didn't speak yet

My son is 4-week-old (born at 34 weeks 2 days). I’m exclusively breastfeeding now after 3 weeks of Formula and Breastfeed. Hr feeds roughly every 1–2.5 hours and usually takes one breast per feed for about 20–30 minutes. He feeds actively and often falls asleep after feeding. My main concern is about spit-ups. He spits up quite frequently after feeds. The milk often looks curdled, and sometimes it happens even while I’m holding him upright (I usually keep him upright for about 15–20 minutes after feeds). He also very occasionally coughs or chokes briefly during feeds, but not very often and he recovers quickly. After feeds, he sometimes cries when I lay him down and needs a bit of calming before settling. Otherwise, he seems okay — he passes urine and stools normally and seems relaxed/sleepy after feeds. I just wanted to understand: Is this kind of spit-up pattern normal for his age (especially considering he was born a bit early)? Is there anything I should be doing  differently?

Small movable lump was seen in my 2 yrs old baby near neck for past 5 months reduced now.. but there is a  lump near backside ear and jaw is appear now.cold comes often

Hello everyone. My baby will complete 6 months tomorrow. We have given her government vaccines in Telangana state. Are government vaccines enough for her ? Or else we should give her extra vaccines which are provided by private clinics. If yes. Can you please tell me what vaccine should be given at a private clinic. At present she received 14 weeks vaccines from the government. Please help

My baby is 2 year 6 month her iron level is low..plz suggest can i give daily beetroot raw juice. Or any other which help iron level is normal

Hi doctor, My son is 8 years old. I put all the vaccines as per the schedule. Now my doubt is somewhere I got the information as we should always put tetanus every 3 years to avoid from any wound infection. Is that so? Do I need to put him tetanus again? Started giving Apple puree to baby, the mother is trying but baby is not liking at all and she wants her baby to complete it that too at once. It is nearly half bowl may be less than that also. My question is, is it ok start now and it yes then how much? Because she is trying the half bowl all at once and baby is crying a lot because of that. What should be done.
