My 7 month opd baby have cold but not cough since yesterday. Green mucus is coming. Can i give mucolite drops and nebulize with saline water?

My 3 Month old son is suffering from cough and chest congestion from 2-3 days. My paediatrician has given ambroxol, cetrizine and zifi drops along with baby rub. Doctor said it's a wet cough will get recovered in 2-3 days. From last night he is whistling often while breathing while his cough remains persistent after 4 doses. He is taking breastfeeding fairly, but facing difficulties in sleeping. He is not too cranky or crying and active, No fever, breaths around 45 times in a minute. I am worried about his noisy breathing as it is there for most of the time. What will be my next steps, is it normal? should i wait or see doctor again ??

My daughter is 3.9 years old. She had a fever on July 25th, along with a cold cough, then 13th August, the same symptoms after that first week of September, then last week of September only cough and cold no fever and now only fever every time it's nearly 102° . We did blood check-ups and an x-ray for cough. The doctor told her that her blood reports were normal but found a little infection in the chest and gave medicine according to that. I'm afraid of why this is happening. What does this pattern indicate. Please suggest what should I do now? Here, I'm attaching her report. Please let me know. Thank you.

My daughter is 40 days old. She has developed this red bump on her arm. It has a slight yellowish mouth. It is hard. She has received the BCG Vaccine. But I am not sure whether it is from the vaccine or not. It seems that it is not painful for her as she is normal. She is feeding properly. Everything else seems to be normal. Please guide me for further treatment plans.

My son is 2 years old and this year, he got 4 -5 times cold and cough with various reasons. But whenever he got congestion and cough, he struggled to sleep at night due to dry air weather. I heard about humidifiers from many people including doctors. So does it help toddlers to sleep properly during coughing at night? Any brand to recommend?

My kid shows fan his body parts etc when we ask. He makes sounds of 1 letter only like bye, Amba, bou very rarely said 2 work Amma. He don't respond for his name, don't show if we ask who is mom who is papa etc. is this fine ? I feel he is not emotionally connecting.
