So the child has oral ulcers. I would like to ask you if the child is constipated because it is the most common cause for ulcers these days owing to eating patterns. So apply zytee gel on ulcers and start a multivitamin syp for symptomatic relief. Rest core treatment depends upon history and other compliants if any.

Hello, Are the blisters present only inside the mouth, or have you noticed them anywhere else on the body? Has your child had any fever or other symptoms? If the blisters are only in the mouth, you can apply Dentogel or Zytee gel over the ulcers about 15–20 minutes before meals to help reduce pain while eating. Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids and maintain good hydration. If your child develops fever, a rash elsewhere on the body, please consult your paediatrician for further evaluation.

Blisters inside the mouth in children are most commonly due to viral infections or mouth ulcers. Ensure he drinks plenty of fluids and avoid spicy, salty or acidic foods. If there is high fever, rash on the hands/feet, difficulty swallowing, poor oral intake, or the ulcers persist beyond 7–10 days, he should be examined by a pediatrician.
