Rash Blisters and mouth sore.
My daughter is 5 Yrs Old. I see some rash blisters on my daughter's feet, legs, hand and see mouth sore also. So any medicine is required for the problem or disease goes away on its own in some days.

It’s Hand Foot Mouth disease . It’s very common in school going age group and especially during this season. It’s a viral infection and yes it is self healing.
Next Steps
You can take give NSAID for fever , pain and inflammation. Also you can add a multivitamin for supportive management. For oral ulcer you can use DOLO gel .

This is called hand foot mouth disease. Its a viral illness, seen in many children. It will go away on its own in few days.
Next Steps
just give her rest, plenty of oral liquids and paracetamol for fever if she has. if it doesnt go away in few days or she develops any other problem such as vomiting/ loose motion/ bleeding then u need to see doctor.
Health Tips
dont send her to school or playground for few days.
